I found the hotel to have a mixed experience overall. The location was convenient for accessing attractions and downtown Portland, but the dining options were lacking. The service was exceptional, especially with the helpful staff like James. The rooms left much to be desired as they seemed neglected and had cleanliness issues.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, and the staff were friendly, but some issues affected my overall stay. The proximity to attractions was a plus, but noise disturbances were a downside.

The room I stayed in was clean, but there was a noticeable 2.5” gap between the door and the floor, which made it challenging to get a good night's rest. It was also unfortunate that my room was close to the employees' break room and supply room.
